Nineteen-plus years in business under the same name means something in a place like the Northern Neck. Word travels fast in Northumberland, Lancaster, Westmoreland, Richmond, and Essex counties — and the only way to last this long is to do the work right and stand behind it when something comes up.
We're not a franchise. We're not dispatched from Richmond. We're Redmond's Plumbing and Electrical, Inc. — a licensed, owner-operated home services company based in Heathsville, VA, and we've been fixing what's broken on the Northern Neck since the early 2000s.

We started with plumbing and electrical and grew into a full multi-trade operation because our customers kept asking. They didn't want to coordinate four different contractors for a house that needed a new heat pump, a panel upgrade, a water heater, and a septic inspection. They wanted one company they already trusted to handle it. That's what we became.
